Return and Exchange

We don’t do refunds, but we happily accept exchanges for:

• Wrong size

• Out of stock items

• Manufacturing defects

Since we make small batches, some styles may sell out fast. Don’t worry—we can offer an alternative design of equal value if your first pick isn’t available!

 

Here’s what we need:

• Item must be unused with all packaging (box, tissue, ribbon, labels)

• Size exchanges only; design swaps allowed if out of stock

• Return within 3 days of receiving your package

• Roundtrip shipping cost is on the buyer

• Exchanges via courier or same-day pick-up/delivery

• Full Name

• Design name, color, size

• Size you want to exchange to

• Photo of the item

All exchanges are approved on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll make sure your request gets prioritized!
