Return and Exchange


Unfortunately, we do not entertain refunds. However, we accept returns and exchanges for the reasons as follow:

  • Wrong size
  • Out of stock
  • Manufacturing defect

Note that we're a small business catering small batches of shoes per restock, there's a possibility also to run out of stocks. With that, we can provide alternative designs of same worth.


To be qualified for the exchange, all must follow our store’s terms and conditions

  • Items bought on sale cannot be returned / refunded
  • The item must be unused together with its complete packaging — box, tissue paper, ribbon and labels attached
  • Exchange of size only
  • Exchange to other design is permitted if chosen style is out of stock
  • Items must be returned within 3 days, after the package has been received
  • Roundtrip shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer
  • Can be done via courier same day pick up / delivery
